Codes of Conduct

A2B Tracking had already defined the five values that unify and guide the company’s leaders and teams before I entered the scene, but they weren’t displayed openly. So these expansive, repositionable wall murals were placed around the facility. My job was to come up with a two-word naming convention for each value, then write, design, and produce them. Because the company specializes in barcode technology, and since our client base was largely the DoD and defense contractors, we were in the unique position to call our values “Codes of Conduct.” It wasn’t enough to stop at the main title of each piece, however. They needed meaning. So each mural has copy that does that. It was a chance to wax poetic.
